Cornerstone's 5 Tools for Discipleship
Sunday Gatherings
Our Sunday morning gatherings, at 9:00am and 10:45am, are the foundation of our Discipleship vision. It is a time to gather as a community to worship Jesus and learn more about who He is and who we are in Him.
Life Groups
We believe spiritual growth occurs not only through corporate worship but also through engaging in authentic relationships with fellow believers. Our life groups play a vital role in our church community by fostering meaningful connections, providing care and support, and promoting unity among believers. Faith Education
Throughout the year we offer faith education and spiritual habits classes geared to individuals at different stages of their spiritual journey. We want to equip you with the fundamental principles of the Christian faith and the spiritual habits that are the essential framework and practices to help you grow in faith and in deeper relationship with Jesus.
Mentoring
Seeking guidance and growth is essential in life and in faith. The Cornerstone Mentoring Program offers an opportunity to connect with a seasoned follower of Jesus who can help you navigate various aspects of life, including faith, family, finances, friendships, and your profession. Serving
We believe that God calls us to generously serve in our world – here, near, and far. We strive to live out this truth in our own church, through local outreach, and by partnering with ministries in the surrounding areas and around the globe. Christ has called us to this place, at this time, to reveal His light and love to those around us. By serving, we allow God to use us for His glory by generously serving a world in need. The Essentials class is a six-week series covering the core beliefs of the Christian faith — what they are, why they matter, and how they connect to your life.
Join us in person on Wednesdays, July 1st to August 5th, from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, or via Zoom on Thursdays, July 2nd to August 6th, from 8:30pm to 9:15pm. Pastor Fred or Pastor Jack will lead each session:
July 1st: Who is Jesus, and why does he matter to my life today?
July 8th: Big words Christians use
July 15th: What’s in the Bible, and why are we so concerned about reading it?
July 22nd: What is God’s story for the world, and where do I fit in?
July 29th: What is so bad about sin?
August 5th: Where do we come from?

Baptism
Baptism is a precious and sacred moment that followers of Jesus have experienced together for centuries throughout the world. As a church, we are honored to continue the tradition of baptism by immersion for those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior and seek to follow Him with their whole lives. We offer this opportunity of baptism multiple times a year for those who have made this decision with a celebratory Baptism and Worship gathering. We also offer classes for those who want to learn more about baptism as documented throughout the biblical texts and those who wish to explore their readiness or prepare to give their life to Christ in this way.
S.H.A.P.E.
Ever wonder what God is calling you to do? God has made each of us with specific Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personalities, and Experiences (our S.H.A.P.E.!) to be used for His glory. A few times a year, we offer a one-night class to help you find your S.H.A.P.E. so you can do the things God made you to do!
Seeking guidance and growth is essential in life and in faith, but finding a mentor with the right experience and wisdom can be challenging. The Cornerstone Mentoring Program offers a solution by connecting you with a seasoned follower of Jesus who can help you navigate various aspects of life, including faith, family, finances, friendships, and your profession.
If you're interested in mentorship, please fill out the Mentor Interest Form using the button below or head to our Mentorship Page to learn more. In this form, you can share some basic information about yourself and your preferences for a mentoring relationship. We will carefully review your responses and strive to connect you with a vetted and trained mentor from Cornerstone who we believe will be a good fit for you.
Membership
Becoming part of a church family can be life-changing. At Cornerstone, we cherish all of the ways we get to serve and belong to each other. The members of our body can serve more deeply, share their voices in choosing elders and leaders of our church, and step into leadership roles within Cornerstone. It also enriches our relationship with each other to speak into one another’s lives and share what God is doing in and among us. A few times a year, we offer a series of membership classes led by Pastor Fred Provencher for those ready to explore membership or simply want to learn more about the church.
