39th Annual Ladies Christmas Tea
The tea will take place on two nights so that you can pick the date that works best for you.

This is a wonderful outreach opportunity—invite your coworkers, neighbors, and life group! Purchase a full table, or buy single tickets and sit with a welcoming hostess who will make you feel right at home. Below you will find all the information you need about this special evening.

Featuring Special Guest
Miriam Fleming
This year, we are excited to welcome special guest, Miriam Fleming, co-pastor of Transform Church in New Jersey. Miriam has been involved in ministry from a young age and has a heart for helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus and experience the freedom found in Him. She serves alongside her husband, Anthony, sharing God’s Word through personal discipleship and teaching.

Tickets are $25 each and can be purchased individually or as full tables of 8 or 10.
Your Ticket Includes:
- Entrance to the event
- Beautiful centerpieces, table decor, and paper goods
- Tea, coffee, punch, and water (sweeteners and creamer provided)
Please note: No additional food will be provided. The appetizers and desserts our guests bring will make up the evening's food.
Doors open at 6:30pm, so you can check your coats and shop the Cornerstone Women’s Boutique before the program begins at 7:00pm.

First Time Joining Us?
If this is your first time joining us, we look forward to meeting you! Every year, ladies join for the first time, and spending time around the table is a great way to build relationships. We will seat you with a wonderful hostess who will make you feel welcome and comfortable!
Who can attend?
Women from Cornerstone and the surrounding community. The Tea is a wonderful opportunity to invite friends, neighbors, coworkers, and family members.
Can I purchase just one or two tickets?
Yes! Individual tickets are available for $25. We are intentional about helping women who purchase individual tickets feel welcomed and connected at their tables.
Can I purchase an entire table?
Yes. You can purchase tables for either 8 or 10 women.
What should I bring?
Each guest should bring an appetizer or dessert to share at her table.
What time should I arrive?

A beautiful Christmas evening with friends and women from our community, time around the table, refreshments, meaningful connection, and a Christmas program featuring Miriam Fleming.

Most women dress business casual, while others enjoy making the Christmas Tea a special night out and dressing up a little more. Come in whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to enjoy the evening!

What do I wear?
Most women dress business casual, while others like to dress up a little more for this special night out. Come in whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to enjoy the evening! For safety reasons, all coats must be checked in the Gallery upon arrival to avoid creating a safety hazard for servers.
When should I get there?
Our doors open at 6:30pm, and the program is set to promptly begin at 7:00pm. You may want to arrive about 20 minutes early to allow time for parking, coat check, and finding your table. Friendly volunteers will be available to help!
Where do I park?
There's plenty of parking throughout our campus. Please refer to the map below for parking locations. If our campus parking lot is full, you can cross over into the adjacent Community Park lot and park there.

The Christmas Tea is held in our main building, the MMC. The main entrance has a drive-through portico for easy drop-off and pick-up. There is plenty of parking around our campus and entrances on each side of the MMC building. If our campus parking is full, you can cross over through the driveway across from our playground into the connected Community Park lot next door and park there.
Volunteers Needed
How Can I Help?
The annual Ladies Christmas Tea is one of our largest outreach efforts of the year, giving women a chance to invite friends and neighbors to Cornerstone, many of whom are attending for the first time. You can help make this special evening possible in several ways!
Volunteer opportunities include:
Setup — Help prepare the space and get everything ready to welcome women for the Tea.
Greeters — Be a warm and welcoming presence as women arrive, helping them feel comfortable and know where to go.
Table Connectors — Help women at your table feel welcomed and included by starting conversations, making introductions, and intentionally connecting with those who may not know others.
Merchandise — Help with our merchandise area by welcoming shoppers, assisting with purchases, and keeping the space organized and inviting.
Reset & Cleanup — Help reset the space after Thursday's Tea for Friday's guests or join us for final cleanup after Friday night.
Attention, Men!
We are looking for men, high school age and up, who are willing and able to volunteer their time on either Thursday or Friday night, December 3rd or 4th, to help serve at the tea. Dinner will be provided to all volunteers.
