Whether you are expectant or new parents, serving in the military, dealing with illness, grief, or hurt, you are not alone. Mark 2:13-17, Jesus Calls Levi and Eats With Sinners

Once again Jesus went out beside the lake. A large crowd came to him, and he began to teach them. 14 As he walked along, he saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax collector’s booth. “Follow me,” Jesus told him, and Levi got up and followed him.

While Jesus was having dinner at Levi’s house, many tax collectors and sinners were eating with him and his disciples, for there were many who followed him. 16 When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw him eating with the sinners and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: “Why does he eat with tax collectors and sinners?”

On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Come spend your Christmas season with us at Cornerstone as we celebrate the hope we have through the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. We gather on Sundays at 9:00am and 10:45am.

And mark your calendars for our Christmas Eve gatherings! This year we will have three service times, 9:00am, 10:45am, and 5:00pm. Each gathering will meet in the MMC and feature the same message. Childcare will be available during the morning service times for children from birth through 1st grade and at the 5:00pm service for children from birth through 2 years old.

Big Church Sundays are special days for us here at

Big Church Sundays are special days for us here at Cornerstone! We intentionally plan and set aside various Sundays throughout the year where we pause our regular kids' programming and invite our upper elementary and youth students (second grade and up) to join their families in the main sanctuary for worship and a kid-friendly message for the whole family. This gives kids the opportunity to be in the adult service, experiencing church the way we do every Sunday, and also for them to experience communion as the Body of Christ. Every Sunday in August will be a Big Church Sunday as we jump into our new sermon series, "Questions From Kids," where we'll be answering some of the big questions of faith, inspired by actual questions from kids in our own church community.
