POWER WORKOUTS: WEDNESDAY NIGHT TRAINING SESSIONS

WHAT IS A POWER WORKOUT?

The Power workouts in our Wednesday night teaching series are designed to focus in on aspects of living as a Christian. Each week, a different trainer will lead us through a “Power Workout” designed to strengthen our faith in a specific area. Come to one, or come to all! No exercise required.

Wednesdays starting June 9 | 7pm in the Chapel

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I ATTEND?

THE WARMUP

During this time, the speaker will focus on the specific topic of the night. Topics range from parenting to practical ways to live life today.

THE WORKOUT

At this point we will “workout” the application through an interview-style question and answer session designed to go deeper and bridge the gap from was was to discussed to how to live it out daily.

THE COOL DOWN

This is a time of reflection; a time to ask ourselves, “How should we then live?” Take a moment to think and pray about what comes next. There will be some reflective questions and prayer prompts to walk you through this time.
