Put on your leggings and join our own Kayt Knyfd for a one-hour conditioning and breathing class. If you have a mat, bring it, otherwise we will have some available. Class will start promptly at 8pm but we will begin our time with writing "love notes" to fellow students away at school. Light refreshments will be served.
